Steam Lzb Bug - Fails Instead Of Giving Ende?

Recently I was playing Frankfurt-Fulda, and encountered a weird bug. At Hanau-Wolfgang, platform 4, heading towards Frankfurt, I was stood at a red signal, which was seemingly just a result of catching up with another service. Here, LZB is still active, however it ends shortly after the station. I presume this is whereabouts an LZB Ende indication would normally be given - however instead, an LZB fail was given. I did manage to acknowledge this and end LZB supervision early. In addition to the fail, it showed the braking curve to 85, even though I was at V=0, and even applied a Zwangsbremsung as I failed to hit release the first time.
