The LZB on Schnellfahrstrecke Kassel-Würzburg doesn't seem to be able to handle your Train going backwards. I wanted to do Service 67114 Würzburg-Fulda with the New Dispolok BR 182. I drive with Safety Systems Active (PZB O and LZB). The LZB shows LZB Ende all the Time and jumps back to Zero from Time to Time. During this Service your BR 182 is theoretically going in Reverse and I think that's the Problem. (I wanted to upload Dovetail Live Screenshots but the website doesn't show mine.)
Yeah I experienced this too. From what it appears, the train is reading the signal behind and indicating that on the LZB. Since the signal behind is always red the speed will display as zero and as you drive away from the signal the LZB speed will increase since you are moving away from the signal.
I had the same problem (on PC) with the 'Gaining Mass' scenario where LZB becomes unusable after changing cabs.
Experienced the exact same issue on the 'Gaining mass scenario' on PC (steam). Really hope this is fixed soon as I apparently paid for the same loco for the 3rd time with it still being buggy.
