I don't know how you all feel about this, but I had an idea. When you have many DLCs installed, you have to select the route from a long list which is sorted by release date. Would it make sense to "group" the routes in any way, e.g. by country or era? Maybe you can select the country and then the list of routes drops down or something like that. What are your views?
A filter option like in ts classic would be real handy, the more routes they'll release the more convoluted the list will get
For now I don't think they need this feature. But as time goes on with more and more routes being added, this could be useful
What I think would be the best thing is an interactive map where you can click on the routes. It will show you the location in relation to other routes. When you hover your mouse over the route, a small screen will show era and maybe also what locomotives run on it in timetable mode. You can click on the routes to play them. This isn't really a neccesary feature, but I think it could be neat.
yeah i like that idea. And also when selecting say the East Coastway select - UK - England - East Coastway.
I don't think we need this as of now but the easier option would be a grid selection. Just move your mouse/joystick around to find the route you want.
