    Hi!

I have problem in service mode: can't climb with freight train on 2.1 gradient with banking loco attached. In leading loco i have turned on radio (red button) and giving full power but reaching only up to 40 km/h and lossing it slowly still on full loco power. When i turn on view to banker i hear her idle-working sound. After 54 km sign train slows down to 0 and rolling back downhill. I can't solve this situation and ask for advice:
    1. How to configure leading loco to have control of the banker?
    2. How to configure banker to be controled from main loco?

    Greetings from Poland
    Krzysztof

I have the same experience with one service, I don't remember the number but it has departure after 10:00 from Laufach. Train is too heavy to this climb and its setup need revision. Please note the service number and contact customer support. Locomotive setup is OK.

Thanks for your reply Matto140. Your described train is DB83118 10:02 from Laufach to Heigenbrucken, my is DB83178 1:23 from Laufach to Heigenbrucken. Maybe it is the same scenario patern with the same car set i think. So i must post to customer support.

To be correct it is DB 83126 departure 11:07 from Laufach!
Consist of 31 fully loaded Shimmns-u 708 result to train weight 2960 ton.
Too heavy for two locos on this 2.1% ramp. In some Matt's stream there were mentioned that 2200 tons is limit to climb uphill to Heigenbrücken in this configuration.

Hi all, this is really frustrating.
I get upto 11mph then it just starts to slow down and stop, because its too heavy
    its in the journeys
    #4.db 83126 laufach - heigenbrucken
Ive even tried going backwards for a couple of hundred yards, then going forward but it stills slows up and stops.
I have updates set to automatically download then when there available on steam.
So i think i have all the updates available

    Please can someone help me.

Check that you turn on Banking Com button.
Use Camera 3 and look at banker loco display if blue bar of tractive effort is displayed.

I don't remember this being explained in any of the tutorials.
I'm very slowly climbing the 2.0% incline at 12 km/h. I feel like I'm doing something wrong. The blue indicator is up and everything, but it feels so... broken.
