I just drove It. There is interesting feature in this mission about season change. Is it something new or it was always?
I noticed that, too but I was pressing pause at the stop between the season change so I thought I was hazullinating or encountered a bug. Now that I read that I think this is a real thing!
Never seen enything like that on other routes. Im wondering is this mission comes with 2020 edition or i didnt noticed IT before ?
That 3rd mission in the MSB journey is simply a service right ? I haven't played it all the way through (Just the opening 10mins or so) but it seems to be a locational thing where you start out in a snowy area (ie higher elevation) and move to areas of less snow ?
Transitional weather would be great, especially going from region to region. Hope it gets included more...
Right, you start in snow with a snowy train and progress to an autum scene without snow,the train loses it's snowy cover, too
You can do this in regular service mode (timetable) as well. Select Autumn or Spring + max snow level. The snow will thaw in a few minutes. I've done this on RSN, should work on other routes as well.
I’m glad to know I’m not crazy, I noticed this as well. Going from a completely snowy area to all green grass and trees. I wasn’t sure if it was just me. I really did like the effect though!
