Xbox Main Spessart Bahn Fuel Exchange Unable To Climb The Incline To Heigenbrucken.

In Fuel Exchange, I can't progress to Heigenbrucken because the banker locomotive is completely turned off and I can't switch it on. Otherwise I roll backwards instead while accelerating with the brakes released and the reverser set to forward.

 

I just tried this scenario and managed to finish it. I didn't use AFB on the climb and I didn't use any safety systems. After I got the train rolling I put the throttle at around 60% and pretty much sat there watching until the climb was over. At the 1.9% parts the train would slowly speed up. At 2% the speed would remain constant and at 2.1% it would slowly slow down. It stayed around 50km/h the whole climb.

I simply uncoupled ~10 wagons and got the gold

 

Thats how its suppose to operate
