Sure why not, even more so when items like a Sub in a harbor, or what looks like an Iron Clad (1800s era) by the bridge.
When I participated on the 12 days of Christmas event, I've noticed that so much. I really liked how the scenery can look like if you level up the saturation. The grass was greener, the sky was bluer and the golden hour at sunrise and sundawn were so much more beautiful. I hope they could find a way to implement these photo mode features for the entire game. Could make the scenery so much more attractive sometimes with (in relation) just a minor tweak in the graphic settings.
