When I start any of the Manchester to Huddersfield scenarios, I am not able to move the power selector. The engine is on, gear set to forward, brakes release. When I move the mouse over the red power selector, it just flashes, moves up and down the panel piece, but zero power. Same with the 142, I am unable to move the gear selector
You will need to turn the master key on first. Its located next to the reverser if you look down and left in the class 142, or you can press Shift+W or Ctrl+W to turn it on .Once you have turned that on you can move the reverser
On page 20 of the MANUAL for the line is this - Which is in your Manuals Folder Train Simulator – Huddersfield Line: Leeds - Manchester Setting up the train: Please follow these steps to set up the cab so you are ready to move: 1) Turn the Master Key in by pressing Shift + W. 2) Move the Reverser to the ‘Neutral’ position by pressing W. 3) Cancel the AWS self-test alarm by pressing Q. 4) Turn off the Tail Lights by pressing K. 5) Turn the Headlights on by pressing H. 6) Set your destination on the ‘Vultron’ destination indicator controller. 7) Turn the Driver Reminder Appliance (DRA) off by pressing Y. 8) Move the Reverser to the ‘Forwards’ position by pressing W You should now be ready to move off.
Probably forgot to turn off DRA... On the matter, is anyone aware of a fix for the broken destination display on the included 158? For example, 113 shows Hexham on the Vultron, Leeds on the Destination Display.
Number 7 on the list Not heard of a fix. I tried the Career Scenario with a 158 from Man Victoria - the destination would not change and even setting up the code in the train number did not work.
