Today I am suggesting the Manchester Victoria to Bury DC electric line. Until 1991 this was a BR operated heavy rail line which was sadly (IMO) replaced by a tram system from 1992.

    The route is as follows

As far as rolling stock goes, the route was home to the unique Class 504 EMU.

I propose that the route be set in 1984 in order to fully incorporate with the NTP route.

Perhaps one of the third party developers like this suggestion. Unique in its own right due to the unusual 1200v dc side contact third rail power delivery system. Self contained and not particularly long.

Why are some of the stations blacked out?

Because I had to alter the Wikipedia map which features the current Metrolink stops that are irrelevant to the line during BR time.
