Xbox Series X Manheim-kaiserslautern No Layers On Xbox Series S

on the article for the timetable layers for the new Mannheim route, it says that Xbox one and PlayStation 4 will have restricted timetables. I just bought the route and looked at the timetable and there aren’t any service layers. I have the ICE 1 and other layers that they aren’t showing up. Was this intentional because it feels like false advertising.

What layers are missing? Is the TGV on of them as I might consider getting it if the tgv was a layer

 

I do have the TGV installed yet it’s not showing up for a layer.
