Are there manuals for LIRR route and EMUs?

 

I believe there are no manuals for off-base routes, no. maybe I am wrong though

Is there manual for LIRR M3 EMUs? I couldn't get the train to move after setting up the controls in the cab.

 

I believe there is a manual, but the in-game tutorials should also guide you throught the basics of operating both the M3 and the M7.
