No masteries are updating at all for me on TVL, but based on other recent postings I think this is more of a global thing. Of course I have tried all the tricks, i.e. log out/log back in, restart game, etc. Masteries in general have always been troublesome, but this feels different. I have also noticed that on the Mastery screen, many of the route pictures aren't downloading, instead just the endless circle, which to me is a new behavior. Besides all that, have you tried to press X to Configure Overlays? I did and it's completely broken, there are no overlays displayed at all! These problems all seemed to crop up at the same time, perhaps with the most recent update? In any case, I would recommend against attempting any masteries at all for the time being.
