Xbox Mastery Does Not Register On Boston Sprinter.

Am I missing some secret procedure I have to follow?

What I did:

1. Realised I needed the decals in BS to do my livery
2. Look at what tier 1 mastery required
3. Realise I completed more than 1 service with the F40 already
4. Did a service with the F40 staying below 30mph (07:54 depot run)
5. Check Mastery, is not registered as completed
6. Log out of DTL
7. Log back in DTL
8. Do the same service again
9. Check Mastery, is not registered as completed
10. Restated the game, still nothing
11. Logged out of DTL
12. Closed the game
13. Restarted my Xbox
14. Got back in the game and logged back into DTL
15. Still nothing
16. Replayed a very similar service with the F40 staying below 30mph (07:52 depot run)
17. Still nothing
18. Logged out and back it just for fun
19. Still nothing

A few details: my DLC list in my signature, after every run I selected to go back to menu, I have one livery from the CC for the Amfleets, nothing more for BS.

Amazing, the one time I need to do one of those silly challenges it doesn't even work.

Do I need to log in and out from the forums or the support site? What should I do? What am I missing?

Out of curiosity, did you ever re-attempt it after a day or two? In the past, it sometimes took like a day for stuff to register on my PlayStation. We all know that mastery is a bugged mess and hardly ever works but it’s worth a try if you haven’t done that already.

 

Recording masteries has never really worked very well, but I do think they are completely broken at this time. I made a separate post about it. So, I wouldn't waste any more time with it for now, sorry, but I've been trying some of my own with no luck so I feel your pain.

 

I've tried a quick log out and back in today, I even logged out and back in on the dovetail live website, out of desperation I even tried to disconnect and reconnect my xbox live profile from the DTG one but alas still nothing, I'll check back tomorrow

Ironically up until this point I never really cared about the mastery rewards, since you seem a bit more well versed in how it works, can I ask you whether or not once DTL goes back online everything should unlock automatically?

So let's say, Saturday I did a service with the F40PH staying below 30mph, once DTL is back, do I have to do it again or will it just unlock?

 

Although I have occasionally had things appear later than expected, I would be very surprised if that applies to the current circumstance. You will almost certainly have to do it again.

 

This issue is occurring on all routes atm. Something is very wrong with DTL

You have to do one of the training modules [except route introduction] on boston sprinter and keep under 30mph, not a service. I recommend the fp40 introduction since most of the introduction is under/or 30 mph.

 

Well, doing one service doesn't register either so...

But I'll give it a try thanks.
