It’s Rivet’s route, so their job to fix it. Regarding the timetable - they finally broke there recent silence and posted on their own forum yesterday that they are working on it. Though they didn’t give any timeframe. They are also aware of the sudden acceleration issue under the latest version but haven’t identified the issue yet. It’s still just words until we see any results. Personally I’ve decided not to buy Rivet routes if the timetable isn’t treated as a priority issue. It’s fair enough that they don’t have a preservation team to retrofit new features, but, in my opinion, they need to get the basics fixed a lot faster and communicate a bit more about what they are doing.
Interesting to hear that. Ok it’s rivets route and all, but as it comes through the TSW ‘platform’ maybe they could make some announcements about their products where more users would actually hear about it, such as here.
