Having completed the Mastery to tier 2 on Midland Mainline, the overlay option is not appearing in the list to select. Not sure if this affects any other routes at this point but still very frustrating.
I have same problem is not showing in the activation screen I'm on series x . I think there is more of them that are not showing but can't name them all.
I had the same issue after completing the requirements. Checked overlays after restarting the game and it was there. The only overlay that should be missing after completing all requirements for all the routes is the 428 for the Island Line which we still don't have and it looks like we aren't getting!
The overlay for IoW 2022 needs Rivet to work on a fix. Exactly what do you mean by restarting the game? Does this require uninstalling and reinstalling?
