Could the scenario tasks be placed in tier 1 in future? I (like many I presume) like to complete scenarios before timetable services, and the system doesn't recognise them as complete if you complete the scenario before unlocking tier 2.
I agree, the first thing I do when I buy a new route is do the scenarios first then start on the timetable's. I hate having to redo them in order to unlock tier 2,
