So I saw these in the peterborough and doncaster materials folder and wondering how these are setup in blueprint as they are unopenable and crash if you copy and try to open it. I'm able to make material functions without crashing. Any one skilled enough to help out?
it is really furstating you can not open any of the original blueprint or material files. I know, securing/making sure people don't steal assets to reproduce content, but what for, really? Best you can do is create a child blueprint or whatever its called by rightclicking and somewhere on top of the list the option should be there. atleast thats for RailVehicleView blueprints for me.
I wonder if it isn't just a normal UE thing, considering that content to be already cooked? I think until now we've always been told that cooked content can't be edited. Unless I'm confusing things.
You can copy certain things and its fine but materials are one of those that seems to crash if copied.
