May 11th Patch: Unresolved Issues Thread

    Seen lots of disconnected conversations around the May 11th patch release this week in multiple places, so creating this thread to streamline the conversation between the community and DTG.

    DTG JD has just clarified the situation regarding the patch releases this week.

    To ensure this conversation remains focused, please share here if:

    1. Anything in the May 11th patch notes has not been correctly implemented
    2. The May 11th patch introduced issues on the affected content (RT, LIRR, BR 182, BR 101, LIRR M3, IOW) that were not there before.

    Please use other threads to share comments relating to issues not directly related to the May11th patch.

    Multiple crossings on RT do not function. There is an area of the route where there are two very close together, and while one raises and lowers, the other does not. There are a few others that don’t work as well.

    Are PC and Xbox expected to receive another update like PS?

    No. But they might if we collectively push hard enough for them to fix the outstanding issues

    I got this response to a ticket I sent to the kayak website

    "The other issues were mentioned in the release notes provided with Tuesday's update. Please note that some of the updates mentioned above may not be available until the release later in the week. If you are still experiencing issues after the second update please let us know."

    Is customer support more clueless then the customers?

    The S6 services still broken same with all Sounds on Console or PC

    If customer support told me to expect an update later in the week (which is fine if it becomes next week because of a delay or something) and then nothing happen I will probabily stop playing for some time, this is one of the few things that frustrates me greatly. Why even bother writing the platform I play on then?

    I am the idiot that wastes time sending tickets for bug fixes. Why do I bother...
