I don't know if I'm in the appropriate section, moderators feel free to move my thread to the correct section the F40PH-3C loco has now two versions (the old boston sprinter version and the new mbta commuter version) I bought the mbta commuter dlc today and as I also have the boston sprinter I noticed that it is not possible to use the new version of the F40PH-3C loco (mbta commuter version) neither in free-roam nor in formation designer, it seems that the old version (boston sprinter version) is overlapping the new version (mbta commuter version) I hope you can fix this in the next patch DTG Alex DTG Matt DTG Harry
I havn't driven the F40PH yet, but I did notice that the Boston Sprinter variant seems to substitute into the new route, as I've seen plenty of F40s with custom liveries as AI traffic - and so far I only have liveries for the old variant. In timetable modes are both variants usable?
This type of overlap happens a lot when different routes use the same locomotive. The prime example is the class 66, when you open any UK route and select it, you are faced with a number of variants. I have never had an issue with this.
yes but in this case the old version is overlaping the new version both in the formation designer and in the free roam spawn menu
