so Please help me understand something. wondering if anyone else having this issue

i like to play realistically, No Aspect changes on HUD, No speed limit changes on HUD (Although when i learn a new route i turn on the track monitor to see the speed limit points)

i have ATC/ACSES enabled, when you Leave Grafton to climb the gradual incline approaching Worcester There are NO light signal posts so its only cab signals from there.

when you see the first 55mph drop thats easy cause the system shows the number decrease to that number okay easy. but then after a few mins of climbing youll see that point where the sensor thingy is on the track and when you pass over it suddenly you get hit with 40MPH limited speed indication from 55. applying the brakes still not enough time to avoid penalty i guess. and then later on get hit with another 30MPH medium speed untill you see signal lights again

So which leads me to ask. Not having signal lights while climbing the gradiant was intentional? because if it was intentional to use cab signals. the F4OPH-3C and HSP46 do not have Cab signal Aspects, just cab signal speed indicators

PS the Track monitor did not even show the speed reduction either and i didnt have the speed changes indicators on the hud

The problem here is that some sevices have a go-via instrucion before arriving at Worcester. And the signal that allows you into the station is red until you pass that go-via point. And since that signal is red you get ATC slowdowns as you approach it.

So the ATC works as expected, the problem is simply with the way those service tasks are set up. I don't knowif there is any need for those go-via instructions there. Plenty of other Worcester services simply say stop at location and therefore allows for a proper appriach.

ahhh okay so its like IRL if you got a Red Signal at Worcester you ask dispatch if its red then take the neccessary procedures while approaching the red?

come to think of it, dont remember if we got any advanced approach or approach signal lights when leaving Grafton
