Xbox Mbta Ground Level Trapdoor Opened At South Station

At south station after completing MBTA #700 readville to Boston, I walked around south station and noticed the ground level trapdoors was open on this train. No, I did not open them manually, it was like this when I got there

 

It’s supposed to be like this at low platforms, it somehow detects high and low platforms and opens/closes trapdoors accordingly

 

I know, but it’s not supposed to open the trapdoor at a high level platform like south station

 

It’s probably just a bug that’s popped up then, I haven’t had any problems with it on my end.

 

The only issues I have had are at some low level platforms, the trap doors don't open, at least some of them don't.
