PS4 Mbta Hsp46 Issue

Relatively new TSW'er here. I'm having an issue starting the HSP46 in roam mode. I repeatedly keep getting told to turn the brake valve to "cut-in" but cannot find the cut-in switch in the locomotive. Can someone help me find where it is?
