Xbox Series X Mbta Limited To 80 Mph After Upgrade

Since the upgrade of Boston Sprinter, the MBTA trains (from either ends) are limited to 80 MPH rather than 90 by the game hub. ACSES still let me go to 90.

Is this normal?

 

It is normal because the MBBs would be limited to 80 IRL.

 

The mbb single level coaches are limited to 79mph. The bilevels run at 90mph
