In TSW2, I know that they give you the total train length at the beginning of the scenario and also in the pause menu. What I'm trying to figure out is, once you've passed a new speed limit marker, how do you know when the end of your train has passed that sign so that you can speed up WITHOUT having the speed limit marker on? Basically what I'm wanting to do is turn off the majority of the helper markers for a more authentic feel. I've already memorized the CSX signal system, so this is the next logical step for me. If I remember correctly, there's a button within the AC4400CW's screen that allows you measure a mile or something to that effect and I'm wondering if I could use that. All I'd need to know is how to use it. As far as the C40-8W, SD40-2 and GP38-2 are concerned, I guess I'll cross that bridge when I get there... unless someone has that figured out, as well. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!
