Hello! I noticed that a few days ago, in the section of my profile, where the medals obtained by me are accounted for, an error appeared. The number of medals displayed now is not correct and real. I have over 400 gold medals and several silver and bronze medals. Do you know the reason for this error?
I've experienced the same issue. It seems to be the total count on your profile page is not counting correctly however the medals seem to be showing within each route selection screen. Do you have the most recent update to the game which came out last Tuesday for the add-ons manager? I think this is the most likely cause of the problems.
Yeah, same. TSW has a long history of not being able to do basic maths, so this isn't really a surprise.
Hi ymy#4716 would you be able to submit a support ticket, with the following information, please? A list of which add-ons you have installed. Comparison screenshots, showing the difference you are describing.
Hi DTG-Chris I can also confirm that medals are not tracking correctly. See attached screenshots from the Koln route and the BR187. First one shows my profile page with only 276 golds and 5 silvers on player level 430 (pre-add-on manager update I think this was around 400 golds, 30 silver, 30 bronze). The second is the Koln route selection which shows 2 scenarios successfully completed. For both scenarios it gave me a gold medal at end of scenario summary page but the scenarios selection screen only shows scores but no medals awarded. I have all DLC installed and can confirm that this is only an issue with certain addons and not all (NY Trenton and Oakville seem fine) and only seems to affect scenarios and not timetable mode. The add on manager update last week seems to have broken something within the medals count system.

Koln - Aachen High Speed Line 11. Sherman Hill: Cheyenne - Laramie 12. Union Pacific Heritage Collection I don't have a screenshot with my number of medals, as a comparison term. I can specify, however, that I did the vast majority of the missions and that I could not reach level 277, with only 104 medals that I now have in my account. I continued to play missions that I haven't done yet, but although I finished them with the maximum score, I didn't receive any medals. I was stuck at 88 gold, 15 silver and 1 bronze.
Today, I deleted and reinstall the game and all add-ons. I logged out and logged in again, but the error with the correct number of medals persists. I specify that the level system works normally, only the medals are not displayed correctly.
