Just earned my first platinum medal running a timetable service on Antelope Valley, but this medal is not reflected in my totals on my profile page. This is the same as on ECML, where I have done two or three timetable services, earning a platinum (or gold) medal and these not being reflected on my profile. This sort of thing really really bugs me and DTG has seemingly not acknowledged this issue despite me raising it in other feedback threads. Is this happening to anyone else? Is it annoying the hell out of anyone else? If so, please let it be known here. DTG only seem to acknowledge issues when a significant number of people are affected and my current worry is that this’ll never be fixed
Hi, I am playing on PC (Windows 10, game from Steam). I transfered my account from TSW3 when prerelease time was going. I earned medals (patinium too) and everything was ok (medals from TSW3 also was imported). When official release date was apeared and game was supplied with addons from TSW3 problem apeared - no new medals was added to profile (on timetable medal apeared) but miles/kilometers are still adding to profile from ended runs. I logged out from accout in game and login again - nothing helps. No matter old or new addons - no medals. So... we have same problem I think...
This first started happening to me in TSW3 on the PlayStation when the ps5 add ons manager was introduced. Before that it was fine. Since then, it only seems to count training and scenario medals.
Surely more players must be experiencing this issue - whether it bothers them or not? Kind of a major issue if the new, celebrated scoring system isn’t working properly and players aren’t seeing their awards in their first profile?
PC player here, for me, all medals from TSW3 routes disappeared, and medals from new routes won't show on the profile, just shows as 0 across the board. When you dig down, all TSW3 services completed, says I've earned 0 points, but have completed it, only showing a tick, not a medal. All loco levels were reset to 0 as well from old routes. Route levels stayed the same. Total distance driven is shown, as is correct.
