Medway Valley Line Missing .bin Files.

As the title states, I was using TSTools to scan for missing stock and it flagged up all of the freight wagons from DTG's Medway Valley Line. Using Loco Swap the wagon files are there under freight but when I scan for stock nothing shows up, looking into the folders the Geo files are there but no .bin files is this correct.
BTW TST doesn't show anything when scanning for .bin or .ap files, as if nothing is there but Locoswap shows the assets as green in the scenario stock selection as if it can see they are there.
Any ideas folks?

TS Tools won't see the Rolling Stock as they are in the MedwayValleyLineAssets.ap file
Each of the wagons in \Assets\DTG\MedwayValleyLine\ have *.bin files

 

Thanks Peter, I should have remembered to unpack the .ap file, rookie error!

 

All you need to extract from any .ap archive are the .bin file(s) for whatever you want TS Tools to "see"...nothing else.
You'd only use other files when installing a reskin/modification.
