I'm pretty sure this route has been suggested many times but I might aswell share. I'm talking about Merseyrail. A rapid transit system serving Liverpool, England. As a person who has grown up with Merseyrail, it's a shame many other major train games don't have Merseyrail routes or trains within them. In this suggestion I'm suggesting the Northern Line, this is due to it having 36 stations and running for a considerable distance. I understand that the Class 314 and Class 313 are already in game however the Class 507 and Class 508 would be very cool to see in such a highly immersive game such as TSW2. As I said earlier, not many games have Merseyrail in them. I'm not sure if this is due to licensing but I rarely ever see it. For this route, the Class 313 or Class 314 could be used. All that would have to be changed is the lights and other things. The lights would have to be changed to the electrostar cluster lights that they currently have. In this route, 2 - 3 types of rolling stock would be used. These are the following: Class 507, Class 508 and Class 777. Although the Class is not currently in service and would need a whole new model. In conclusion, I believe this would be an awesome route in TSW2 due to the interesting rolling stock, cool scenery and local feel for many players like myself.
I would suspect that if a Merseyrail route does come to TSW2 it will be with the older trains as the base PEP model already exists and is fairly popular in its other guises in the game. I doubt the Class 777 would be made. I’m all for it though and I think it would be a great route to make.
