I've been having a huge issue on the Met line (I have the S8, S7+1 and pluspak all from JT) where many textures appear as black and yellow stripes. Is this just a case of reinstalling, or have I done something to get to this point? Thanks!
Judging by that screenshot it doesn't look like you have the Pluspak installed. The trees and track are still the original variant. Maybe try installing the Pluspak again? If that doesn't work, deleting the met line assets folder and content folder and reinstalling everything may be the way to go.
Definitely missing assets - do you have the European Loco & Asset Pack? It is required. (RailWorks\Assets\Kuju\RailSimulator) It should look like this by default
