Dovetail should make the metro North new haven line because they can run services like gwr because gwr runs 166 and hst and metro north new haven runs m8s mixed with am peak p32 and it's would make a perfect route with good quality plus NEC got to have 2 pair of rolling stock and so has gwr so that should be an issue if it was done before
