The Metropolitan Line would be a great addition to the game and it has a large section of scenic routes. It may be slightly easier than the Central, District and picadilly lines as there is a larger gap between the stations which means that it would be less stations to create.

It is my own writing. I am really interested in this route and I have a lot of knowledge on this route. I am obsessed with the London Underground.

 

I hope his route gains popularity so that DTG have an increased chance of creating the route. I always watch videos of Train simulator Classic routes in London and I will continue to do so before TSW4 release an astonishing route. I unfortunately do not have a Gaming PC and I am sure that most people in this forums page don't otherwise they would play the PC edition instead.

 

I would like the Central Line more but I believe that it would be highly unlikely.

 

Anyway, it's a great suggestion. I would happily drive up and down the Met all day in timetable mode, lots of depot runs too.

They could make it really interesting by adding the old A stock as operating them was completely different or have a 1980's timetable with TS72 tube stock on the adjacent Jubilee Line between Finchley Road and Wembley Park.

 

Thanks for the response. It is a historic line and it would be a privilege to drive it in a simulation game. It has a diverse range of scenic and underground sections which would appeal to Dovetail and other players.

 

Will there be another London Underground route in the future of TSW4? We have not received a London Sub Surface or another London Undergroundline since TSW2 and I know it has become a higly popular suggestion whilst looking around the forums page. I am desperate to play another London Underground experience. MRFS. If that is confidential then I understand. I am sorry for the inconvenience I have caused by disturbing you.

We already have the old livery for it too, would be perfect.

 

For those who do have a PC, I can recommend Just Trains' version on TSC. They've really done a great job of it. There are a lot of stutters through the tunnel section when trains approach from the other direction but that happens in TSW too. The freeware District Line is pretty good too, the cabs of the trains are a bit basic but it's still an incredible route.

 

Yes it is good but prone to CTD’s or unable to resume from a save. The speed/approach signalling can catch you out too and I’m sure IRL the Met and Circle Line services don’t crawl at 5 MPH for 300 yards to trigger the release.

 

It would be great if we could have another LU route. It is what the majority of customers want and I have decided to take part in these forums to attempt to spread my thoughts and I apologise if I seem desperate. I am glad you have and interest in the London Underground and I am assuming there will not be a LU line in the February roadmpap which is disappointing. The Goblin line excites me eventhough it is a short route so it seems like a more major project like the LO or LU could be worked on. Passenger routes, not extremely long, not too short (unless it makes sense). Needs good variety where appropriate/possible (licensing permitting).

Don't really care where, but UK routes entice me.

 

If made into the game this would be another Blackpool to Ormskirk via Preston style of workmanship combined with Bakerloo line gameplay because this is a TSC Just Trains route that's going to be remade for TSW4. DLC Sarah Siddons Locomotives with 4TC which itself needs an alternative paint British Railways Blue that way it can be spawned in by the player and couple to a diesel unit like the Class 33/31

The Metropolitan Line is underground between Aldgate and Finchley Road. The rest of the route is overground.

Yeah, it is classed as an underground line but has very different vibes to the deep level tube lines. I would rather have the Central line but for something different a sub-surface London Underground line would be great. Sub- surface lines include the District line, Circle, Hammersmith and city and Metropolitan line.

They could set the C stocks and S stocks running in this game when the S8 first came out as that may be more popular. I would rather it set in the modern times but either would be great.

They have a Metropolitan line depot in Neasde which also serves the Jubilee line aswell.

But I do agree with the premise that the metropolitan line would be a nice add-on for tsw on the condition though that it had all the JT TMS features and stuff like that.
