Unfortunately a) TSW2 is not a "play anywhere" title; in other words the XBox and PC versions are separate products. You can get both free now via Game Pass, but they save to separate clouds b) The MS Store/Game Pass version is NOT compatible with any DLC; there is no cross-compatibility whatsoever with the Steam or Epic PC versions. If you want to make the change to PC, I would recommend downloading and trying out the base game from Game Pass, then if you like it with mouse and keyboard, bite the bullet and buy it from Steam.
