Hi Everyone I created this timetable for myself so I could see which services have different calling patterns on the new Midland Mainline route, but thought I'd share it here incase anyone else found it helpful. It shows every single passenger service on the new Midland Mainline route, but it doesn't show Empty to/from Depot services, railtours or freight. Basically if it's a passenger service and it's operated by a Class 158 or Class 43, it's included here in this timetable. It shows three different timetables (one for all passenger services starting in Derby, one for all passenger services starting in Nottingham, and one for all passenger services starting in Leicester) It shows Class 158 services (in BLUE: Dark Blue for Nottingham-Derby and Light Blue for Nottingham-Leicester) It also shows Class 43 services (in GREY: Dark Grey for 8+2 Car HST's and Light Grey for 6+2 Car HST's) It shows the Head Code, the Origin and Destination (if different from Derby/Nottingham/Leicester), what formation is running the service, and also the duration of each trip too. If there's any errors then apologies, this isn't official or anything just something I created to assist my own gameplay! That’s amazing! I actually thought about something like this just a few days ago… how much higher the immersion standing at a station would be if we had these life-like timetable sheets. And you‘ve gone ahead and done exactly that! Edit: I guess I should also link WonterRail‘s amazing work HERE for anybody who loves these types of timetables!
That does sound rather concerning. I'm still debating whether to get this route, though if the MML is sounding more like a quiet branch line - which totally ruins the immersion for me - then I'm not sure really. One thing I'm sure though is that I'm starting to get a little tired of all these new empty routes (which should be busier as per reality) - I certainly miss the excitement of TSW during the days of Rush Hour.
