Here's another 1940's-1950's classic for the Milwaukee Road's C&M Line yet be created for TSW 5. It would go from Chicago to Rondout. The route is over 32.3 miles. It would be during the pre-Metra era. It would be set in the 1940's-1950's. The Milwaukee Road rolling stock would include S3 4-8-4's including the #261, FM Erie-Built's, and H16-66 "Trainmaster"s, with the same freight and passenger equipment like TSC has. This route would be awesome with the big S3 Class 4-8-4's pulling the Hiawatha passenger trains and the massive FM Erie-Built's and H16-66 "Trainmasters".
Needs more info. Not just an absurd number of locomotives listed. This would be a nice route but i'd prefer it be more modern.
As a fan of unique, rare, and interesting US loco designs, I'd love to see the FM Erie Built units in Milwaukee Road livery (love the livery they used; it's really quite nice), along with the Milwaukee Road's rare FM H-16-66 "Baby Trainmasters" (they only rostered 6 units). Preserved Milwaukee Road S-3 4-8-4 #261 is a must-have.
