Are you having the same? I was using minimal HUD at the top left corner and it is so transparent now that it is almost invisible. Setting to the full HUD is OK.

Can someone please check this? Or is there any setting for this? I could not find any...

Incredible... after another restart of the game it's back to normal. I don't understand what this game is doing, I was perfectly able to replicate this by changing to full HUD (OK) and back to Minimal (almost invisible) several times and even restarted the game to no avail. The last restart mysteriously fixed it. But I am pretty sure it is related to the update as this started right after downloading it.

Could DTG consider leaving older TSW versions available within the Steam Beta feature? They used to be doing it with TS some years back... would be very helpful in these cases.

Actually it has always been like that. Even back in the days of the old Mk1 HUD it would randomly display very faded. I’ve had same with the new HUD even before the update.

There is a bug somewhere that means the fade-in is frame-rate based - and if a hitch or something happens at exactly the wrong time, it has gone past the end of the fade-in timeline and stops updating it... leaving it wherever it got to.

It's rare, difficult to reproduce when you actually want to, the the more "debugger" you attach to it, the faster the little blighter runs in the opposite direction.

Hi Matt, thanks a lot for the explanation. As this was the first time for me to encounter this after running the game for many years and it happened right after I saw the game update finish I was convinced it had to be the update.
