Minor Classic Control Gripe

I dont know what is dovetails obsession with linking the left stick on the dualsense with the reverser. They started doing it since tsw 2 and its only gotten worse since. Now you cant even interact with switches anymore while using classic controls because its just throwing the reverser all over the place. Genuinely hate it. How does this get worse with every single train sim world iteration?!
