As above, I'm having a couple of minor issues with Sherman Hill, 1) Alt-Tabbing prevents me from using cab cam, 2) Mile counter (Top left HUD) stays around 21 miles for 7 miles then drops straight to 14 miles, then again after reaching summit, goes straight from 16 to 8.5 (Journey mode, chapter 2 scenario 2(SD70ACe)). Also the crossing chains on the UP SD40's don't work as intended (the text says open but the chains are still up preventing the player from moving through them(Cheyenne switching 3:15am)).
