Yes this looks like it is from the UKTS Clutter pack: UKTS Freeware Pack - Clutter #1 v1.0.6.exe. A google search will find several providers. e.g. https://simtogether.com/files/file/111-ukts-freeware-pack-clutter/ If that does not exactly work it can certainly be used to find and replace using TS_Tools.
