Missing Consist

After I download a new route and then attempt to drive a scenario, it states I am missing some of the consist. Shouldn't that have come with the download of the route? If not, where do I find them?

Which route? Which scenario? What exactly is reported as missing?

 

Granger Heartland - Kansas City to Topeka Stone car - White and SD9043ACND "Can't Load Rail Vehicle"

 

Doesn't come with the route. That's a separate DLC, so I assume this was from the scenario pack?

 

Yes. The SD90/43 is a separate DLC. The scenario you're playing is not part of the original Kansas package.
