Hi all, I have a problem with missing content on XBOX One X. I have both TSW3 and TSW4 installed and I have been transferring content from TSW3 to TSW4. Most content from TSW3 has installed on TSW4 except Southeastern High Speed including the Class 395 EMU and the Class 465 EMU. SEHS, 395, and 465 are all missing from TSW4. SEHS was installed on TSW3 but I uninstalled it from TSW3 to see if it would appear in TSW4 but this didn't work and all 3 items of content are now unavailable in both TSW3 and TSW4. I have tried the following:- Console restart. XBOX profile logout / login. Dovetail profile logout / login. SEHS appears in the XBOX store but they want me to pay for it again. I'm not sure if it's relevant but are Southeastern High Speed and Southeastern High Speed Extended different products as I am not sure which one I owned previously. Thank you in advance for any help. How did you buy Southeastern Highspeed, because if you have the Disk Version of TSW3 you need to contact Support. https://dovetailgames.freshdesk.com/support/home If you only owned it through GamePass you will need to purchase it new.
I think SEHS was part of a bundle when I purchased TSW3 from the XBOX Store. I think the Class 465 was also purchased through the store.
Can you remember which Bundle exactly? Because it can happen that certain Bundles are overlooked by DTG when it comes to transferring. You should then contact support.
Please accept my apologies. I've just checked my XBOX store purchase history and I think I made an error. It looks like originally I was playing TSW3 with SEHS, Class 395 and Class 465 via Microsoft Game Pass. Then I wanted to physically own a copy of TSW3 so I purchased "Train Sim World 3: Birmingham Starter Park" including the Birmingham Cross City Line and kept playing SEHS, 395 and 465 via Game Pass. Am I correct in thinking that SEHS, 395 and 465 are no longer available via Game Pass, which would explain why I cannot see them in either TSW3 or TSW4? Thanks again.
You would be correct Steve. SEHS extended was part of the TSW3 routes list. Since you were playing that through gamepass, it would not be available to play once it is removed from gamepass unless you purchased the route. The pack you purchased was only training centre and Cross City. TSW3 and TSW4 core does not include any routes and only includes the training centre.
