PlayStation Missing Cursor Labels

(PS5) When I place the dot cursor over a button or something the little subtitles indicating what I am touching/interacting with are suddenly gone.

Worth mentioning that my dog walked across my keyboard and this has since occurred. However I haven't been able to locate a keyboard layout guide which indicates how to disable and enable this feature.
