I've got the same problem. No maroon 52 on the West Somerset. Also, no 40s or 45s on the Cornish route, just the 47 and 37.
Just checked, and I do not appear to be missing any add-ons or services. PS4 with the Add-Ons manager installed. Edit: See my comment below.
I re-installed the PS4 Pro base game this morning and started to install individual DLCs. With a few (5-10) DLC installed, Class 52s would correctly link to West Somerset (MAR variant) and Great Western (BLU variant). With approx 20-40 DLC installed, only the BLU variant and Diesel Legends timetable were selectable. Cathcart Circle only had Class 47s available for railtours (from memory, other diesel locos were available on TSW2). Although IU performance is vastly improved, is this an unfortunate effect of the Sony-imposed 50 DLC add-on limit which the add-ons manager was supposed to fix? Are there separate sub-limits to total numbers of routes and locos?
Good point, I am only getting one railtour loco (the 47) on Cathcart, too. I remember the BR Class 20 being available there as well, and possibly 1-2 additional ones. To be clear, the Class 20 DLC is still there and correctly substituting into West Somerset. It just doesn’t show up in Cathcart Circle.
Just had another look and the maroon 52 is still missing. It turns up in the West Somerset scenarios which require it though! Still only class 47 available on the Cornish route, no 45s or 40s. Class 31 not showing up on West Somerset either, it was there in TSW2020.
