Morning all, wonder if somebody from DTG Alex can help me with an issue, I've tried to mention it here before but didn't get anywhere so here goes, when I bought TSW3 I bought the SEHS starter pack, subsequently I purchased the 37ROG as part of whatever DLC it was at the time. When I bought TSW4 and had to migrate my DLC all appeared well except for one thing, the store seems to acknowledge the fact that I own the 37ROG BUT it says I need the SEHS DLC in order to be able to download it, which as far as I'm aware I have, I don't play it often but it's there and works, any advice how to remedy this?
I have the same issue with all my loco dlc. It tells me I need to download the associated route, be that SEHS, WSR, TVL, NTP, GWR, HRR. Redownload everything several times, restored licences yet still have this issue.
