When I bought the class 20 for TSW 2020, it came with limestone wagons and several services from Eaglescliffe to Tees Yard. I decided to do these services again today in TSW2 but only the first service, the 0630 from Tees Yard is available. None of the others, and I think there were three round trips, is there. All we have is the light engine move from the depot to the front of the train and a one way trip to Eaglescliffe. I've checked on TSW 2020 and there were also trains at 1050 to Tees Yard, returning to Eaglescliffe at 1100 and an afternoon train from Eaglescliffe at 1550 finishing with stabling the loco's at Thornaby. How can content disappear like this?
Not to mention, the description of these services was incorrect: describes loaded wagons when they are in fact empty, and vice versa.
I didn't notice to be honest but that would explain why a train I thought was empty was much harder to stop than I was expecting. Emergency brake at Eaglescliffe!
To check if these services are actually running but unavailable, I spawned at Eaglescliffe at 1045. The 1050 train was waiting in the platform. I was able to drive it to Tees Yard at 1050 and the service finished in the usual way when I stopped the train. Points were awarded but no medal. I double checked but this service does not appear in the service selection menu in TSW2.
Coincidentally I jumped on the Class 20 for the first time on TSW2 since playing it on TSW2020 last night. I noticed there were very few services compared to before. However, if I switched livery, there was a second livery called 'light engine x 2' or something along those lines. Once switched to this 'livery', all other services appeared. Maybe see if this works for you?
Thanks Adam, I'll give that a try. I never even noticed there was a second loco choice, I hope it works for me. Cheers!
That did the trick, many thanks. There's an alternative livery for the class 20 with the missing three services.
It does and I don't know. Maybe something to do with implementing the different consists in the scenario planner? I'm just now wary of checking for other 'liveries'. I know GWE has different 'liveries' for 7 car and 8 car HST sets, not sure if that's a post TSW2 thing or not though...
