PS5 Missing Routes, Add On Routes/dlc. Any Information Or Help?

    Hello there, I am 86 years old and have Dementia, however I recently purchased for the PlayStation 5, the following, "Deluxe Edition for Train Sim Wolrd 3." Which comes with (Southeastern Highspeed, Cajon Pass, Schnellfahrstrecke Kassel - Würzburg, Spirit of Steam.) I also had a couple more DLC/Route Add Ons, from when I had TSW 2, and I still have that. However though with the "Deluxe Edition for Train Sim World 3" when I start up the game, and subsequently move my profile across from TSW 2 to TSW 3, and enter the game, guess what. None of the base level game routes are shown and neither are the other couple of DLC/Route Add Ons, all of which come in at least below the 64GB allowance. So I am a bit at odds with the game. Any suggestions.

    You made sure the routes are actually downloaded and installed using the manage content menu?
    If you have done that, then submit a support ticket. Follow the steps using the link so a staff member can help you out.

    Yes I have done, they are downloaded and installed using the "manage content menu." Yet when I go into the game guess what - no routes are there, apart from The Training Centre. I mean I just want to enjoy TSW 3, TSW 2 worked no problem yet TSW 3, seems somewhat broken.

    So the reason why there was hostility towards you was cuz a different forum user posted about the same exact issue and had a similar profile picture and basically identical titles. And your post basically matched all that, causing the hostility cuz we have zero tolerance against trolls. That user basically didn't listen to anything we were saying. We tried to help the best we can, but would ignore us and lash out. So with your post having many similarities to that which a forum user pointed out, that was probably why you had to face the consequences. Probably a big misunderstanding or something like that. But if what you say is true, then I believe you are really who you say you are. Just be a little bit more careful next time.

    Odd that there should be so much hostility on what is a friendly or supposedly friendly forum. Although perhaps the other user was also facing a similar issue.

    We are friendly and helpful whenever we can. But we also expect some respect in return. If we tell the user to try this or to provide more info or whatever and the user ignores our support and gets angry at us for trying to help and complains something doesn't work after doing nothing about it and starts saying derogatory stuff, then expect the same response from us. This isn't directed to you. When we say to try this, try it first and don't complain it's not working if you haven't tried it at all. If we tell you to submit a support ticket, submit one and move along. No need to be mean and complain again it's not working. You see where this is going. Things go both ways. Act like a child, be treated like one. If we are being respectful to you, be respectful back. And listen to the help we give you, etc.

    "Act like a child" is rather patronising to an 86 year old.

    That wasn't directed towards you. There are people in the forums who are all mean and give others a hard time. Not everyone is perfectly good

    michael hunts123 I'm a PC/Xbox App user. I had the same issue when I first installed it.
    To solve it I selected 'Manage' then 'Files' and you should see the option for 'Varify and Repair' click on that and hopefully all routes will be available

    I have tried that and no such luck.

    You probably have many times. Have you tried reinstalling?

    Well I hope that you get it sorted. Sorry that I couldn't be much help. Hopefully you will get a response from DTG that will give you a solution?
