Missing Routes

Hi. I've put on my PS4 today and started tsw3. Every route I have has disappeared, all ok last night. The only thing showing is the training center.
Had anyone any ideas of how to sort this? Thanks

 

Same problem for me aswell here. Bought the German edition for PS4. Now i can't find it anywhere in-game.

 

Hi. Just an update to my problem. After restarting my PS4 a couple of times and still having the missing routes I went into the library and tsw3 all my routes were showing as installed but I downloaded and re installed my routes and started tsw3, all my routes are back . All I can think of is there was a playstation update this morning to 10.0 so I'm thinking that caused the issue

 

HI andyward thank you for trying to help , But I dont have tsw3 , and tsw 2 routes are gone from the store so I dont know how to redownload them

 

Go to library and choose train sim world 2. It will tell you what you have installed but redownload from there and the route should come back

 

Well, I have the same problem, all my TSW2 DLC'S are gone. I still find them in my PlayStation Bibliothek and I hope I can download them again. But I don't have TSW3 and don't want to buy it in the near future. I cannot understand, why I have to download all my DLC's again for TSW2.
It is pity what Dovetail is doing.
Do other platforms have the same problem?

 

Routes disappeared after the playstation update today

 

I have exactly the same problem. Don't know if DTG or Sony screwed up but it's stupid. Hopefully someone from DTG will follow along and can report the problem or solve it themselves.

 

I’m still running TSW 2020 and the PS 10.0 update I installed today affected my vers of the game as well. After the update *all* of my purchased routes (at least 6 routes plus several add’l locos) are now no longer shown as installed in my game- and they’re no longer shown in the PS store for reinstallation. Not good, and I’m def not happy about this latest mess!

I paid for the digital-deluxe ver of my game- for several routes to add to it- and for several add’l locos. I paid for all of this, and DTG still has my money… so where is my software, and why can’t I reinstall it via the PS store?

(Can someone from DTG *please* respond to this, and shed some light on what happened here? Is this something on the PS side, or on your side?)

 

It happened to me as well, but I tried this, on the home screen I went to the panel for TSW2 and pushed down on the controller, this shows all the game details including trophies and game file size, then scrolled down to downloadable content, it shows that all my DLC is installed, but, using Nahverkehr Dresden as an example, I pushed the install button anyway, and after it was finished I went back into the game and the route was there. So you probably need to re-download the routes again. Just ignore the the fact that it says installed, and highlight the download icon and press.

 

After Playstation updates sometimes the licences for game DLC deactivates. This is a know issue with Sony updates. It happened today also with my Watch Dogs Legion season pass. There are no issues at DTG's end. Even though it says installed, hit the download button to install again and the routes will reappear.

 

It is a PS side issue, you just need to go to the add-ons section on the relevant game page and redownload each dlc (even if it says installed).

 

It is an issue with Sony updates and nothing to do with DTG.

 

Thank you (!) to everyone that responded to my earlier note- I’ll look into this solution tomorrow and post an update once I’m done. I’ve got a lot of time invested in many of my routes, really looking for a happy ending on this one.

 

Question for you- What if I can’t track down the game page for TSW 2020 in the PS store? Should one still be there at this point (it is an older game and all)?

 

You would be able to access the game page for TSW2020 and other delisted games by going to your game library and the tabbing down to purchased games. From there the game page showing the add-ons page will pop up (Think you need to hold the start button for options if I remember correctly).

Removed my external HD and connected it after starting the PlayStation. All my DLC'S are back again. Sorry for wrongfully accusing Dovetail.

Hi JD Thank you for your feedback all addons are down loading again now , sorry for thinking it was DTGs falt , and good job with sprit of steam love it .

 

Well… after following these instructions, I now have all of my TSW 2020 routes back- I believe exactly where I left off in them (though I’ve only checked the Oakville Sub route at this point). A big thanks to you, and to everyone else, who helped me out with this unexpected issue.

 

JD- Thanks to you as well for steering me in the right direction on this issue. You’re right- bad timing on this PS-caused issue, as you guys are rolling out all things TSW 3. I jumped to conclusions too on this, and I apologize for that.

Good to hear that people are getting there routes back. At least an easy fix. I have just started reading and contributing to the forums. Quite a friendly bunch. Big thanks to the DTG team for being on the ball regarding problems and issues. I love tsw3
