I have my main railworks on my G drive and a few months back installed an earlier version on my F drive.
And I recently install one of the routes I purchase a few years ago RSSLO Salzburg - Rosenheim
Their website says I only need the EL&AP which I have

So I downloaded the latest version of the route and after installation I'm missing base textures
    Screenshot_Salzburg - Rosenheim_47.83776-12.97068_12-00-42.jpg
I have also looked a two different route that use Kuju assets and no gaps like this are showing
TS Tools shows nothing missing from the route

    Any suggestions please?

    TIA

That is strange. There should be trees, and these are RSSLO assets. I've got the Steam version (different tracks), but the other assets are the same.

RSSLO_Routes\Salzburg_Rosenheim\scenery\Vegetation\Pines\ is one thing missing on your end.
It seems you're also missing sleeper textures on the depot tracks, and of course the grass textures. Not a Kuju problem.

Probably would be best to reinstall the route or contact RSSLO.

Thanks - I will download the route again and if that does not fix it I will contact RSSLO
At least I know what is missing :)

Now that is strange. Then you should scrutinize the affected tile in the route scenery folder - if there's wrong paths?

Reminds me of the Allgäubahn QuickDrives, whose scenario markers reference the RSSLO tracks in the Steam version and thus are missing pieces of track. (Fix is somewhere in the Technical Reports)

Does the route load correctly in the current TSC version? (I'm not sure if non-Steam RSSLO routes use some kind of DRM that relies on the correct game path, maybe a reg key or something.)

I deleted the previous version of RSSLO_Routes\Salzburg_Rosenheim then reinstalled from new and problem solved.

    Thanks
