Probably the addon manager as said above. I’m having the same issue where I can’t spawn some trains a day but the next day it’s working fine, sometimes not every trains are showing up on a route when in timetables mode. The game is quite unstable.
Indeed. Add-ons manager will fill the 64GB with whatever trains it feels like (although it tries to load it with trains that are relevant to the route you have up).

Believe me, I haven't had hope and optimism for a long time/I personally occupied myself a long time ago with creating mods for another game/and that alone without a big team or help and made fewer mistakes than DTG/skyhook Rivet... They probably notice but to be honest it’s something to do with time and money. They mostly rush their DLCs and don’t really pay attention to some mistakes done, take the upcoming Goblin Line for exemple, they showed some footage about the route with… floating insulators. Personally how can you not spot this.
