Looks like Rivets is planning special Steam DLC which will include Jubilee steam loco and Mk1 cars. At least that is used in their extra content. Extra services are already added into the timetable and they are just waiting for that DLC release. But if you own Spirit of Steam DLC you dont have to wait anymore. Here you can download unlocker which will unlock those extra services and it will use steam loco from Spirit of Steam. Just remember, this mod is only unlocking services from 24h timetable. It dont include any models and extra scenarios. Their Steam Special will be released for 2 routes Edinburgh - Glasgow and Penzance - Turo. You dont need both routes if you want extra Steam on Penzance - Truro. But if you will want to play extra layer on Edinburgh - Glasgow then it will require Penzance - Truro too.
