It would be nice if PC players on xbox/Microsoft store had mod support so people who have gamepass or just bought it from there could use mods. If this already exists please tell me how as i cannot figure it out
Instead of mods support, I would like to see livery manager for TSW3 to organize our livery that we subscribe from the craters club

Good idea overall but the problem is that the Microsoft/Xbox Store version on the PC is the same as the Xbox version. The correct way is that Xbox Consoles and Microsoft/Xbox Store PC versions must support mods.
